Coming towards the end of this semester, SGA wants to offer the students of Columbia a digital wellness kit including activities, tips, and other resources to end the semester on a high note.

  • Stay hydrated.

  • Get rest.

  • Know that you are trying the best that you can.

  • Reach out to your professor or even another student if you have a question.

  • Make sure you are taking care of your body as well by eating well and exercising.

  • Work with what you've got! Make sure to dedicate space and time to be productive and prioritize what needs to get done.

  • Make sure to eat snacks and take breaks.
