Coming towards the end of this semester, SGA wants to offer the students of Columbia a digital wellness kit including activities, tips, and other resources to end the semester on a high note.

Know that you are trying the best that you can.
Reach out to your professor or even another student if you have a question.
Make sure you are taking care of your body as well by eating well and exercising.
Work with what you've got! Make sure to dedicate space and time to be productive and prioritize what needs to get done.
Make sure to eat snacks and take breaks.
